접촉 피부염, 캔디다 피부염 가능성이 있습니다.
드물게 건선, 이연 바이오틴 등의 결핍의 가능성, Streptococcal infection을 감별해야함.
치료는 깨끗히 씻어주고 잘 말려주고 zinc oxide 연고를 발라줍니다.
캔다디 피부염은 전형적인 erythematous with popular and pustular lesion이 있고
Satelte lesion이 main rash 주변에 있습니다.
이영우 nystatin cream or powder를 10-14일간 발라줍니다.
Oral lesion이 같이 있을시 oral nystatin을 1000,000uint/mL 2mL 를 하루 4~6회 가량 복용시키고 48시간후 oral lesion은 호전된다
